Legal Aid
You may be eligible for financial support if you:
- Are facing the possibility of a custodial sentence?
- Are under the age of 16?
- Are in full time education and below 18?
- Are claiming benefits?
- Are on a low level of income?
Should any of the above apply to you then you maybe eligible for free legal aid funding for your case. There are also other cases where you maybe able to obtain legal aid, which will usually be where the legal issues are complex. However please contact us and we can advise on your eligibility.
Private clients
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid then we can advise you on a privately funded basis. We offer a clear and open policy with regard to our fees and you are always made aware of the financial consequences at each stage.
Please be aware that if your case is successfully defended then in normal circumstances we can obtain a Solicitors Defence Costs Order which means that you will recover all or the majority of your costs.
